I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to be yourself. I provide person-centered therapy to adolescents and adults, meeting each client where they are and working collaboratively toward meaningful growth and healing.

My clinical experience includes working in an advocacy center and providing school counseling services, which has given me experience supporting individuals through a variety of life challenges and transitions.

I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based approach designed to help individuals process and cope with the effects of trauma.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I understand that reaching out for counseling can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and experiences at your own pace.

I am currently accepting new clients, including adolescents and adults.

Whether youโ€™re navigating a difficult transition, working through past experiences, struggling with emotions, or simply seeking support and personal growth, you donโ€™t have to go through it alone. Your story matters. Your experiences matter. And you deserve a space where you can be heard without judgment.
