Missed Appointment Policy
We understand that life happens and schedules sometimes change.
To provide the best care for all clients, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
24+ hours' notice: No charge.
Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): $75 fee.
No-show (without notice): $75 fee for insurance clients or the full session fee for private-pay clients.
Fees may be waived at the practice's discretion for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.
